Great experience from the start with Rafael and the team at Coda roofing. Super flexible and responsive and worked out all of the kinks in our job. They were also able to demo an old patio cover, and replace all of the soffit vents with new ones and repair any soffit holes and cracks. We had a new metal roof as well as a flat roof over parts of the house. Rafael knows the roofing business iniside and out and was very experienced and a pleasure to work with.Highly recommended.

They were very respectful with the property and all the Association's requests, as well as our instructions on where to park, how to access the roof in order to avoid any conflict with nextdoor neighbors.
