Great experience from the start with Rafael and the team at Coda roofing. Super flexible and responsive and worked out all of the kinks in our job. They were also able to demo an old patio cover, and replace all of the soffit vents with new ones and repair any soffit holes and cracks. We had a new metal roof as well as a flat roof over parts of the house. Rafael knows the roofing business iniside and out and was very experienced and a pleasure to work with.Highly recommended.

We just replaced our roof with Coda. We are extremely satisfied with their professionalism. They were very respectful with the property and all the Association's requests, as well as our instructions on where to park, how to access the roof in order to avoid any conflict with nextdoor neighbors. They responded all our questions, provided all necessary documentation timely. The finish on the roof looks very good and it was tested through the heavy rain that we have had these last days. We highly recommend Coda, their work and their very kind personnel.
