Let me start by stating “I checked 10 roofing companies and chose Collis”. Every step of the process was detailed, 💯 percent transparent, and professional. I am so grateful for choosing Collis Roofing for my new roof!!! The amount of details that went into my roof was amazing!!! As a retired Marine, I paid close attention to every detail. My team of David, Kai, Autumn, and Carlos were awesome and amazing!!! Highly recommend Collis for anyone! You get what you pay for!!!

We recently had our roof replaced by Collis Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to quality work. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process, answer all our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in the finished result—our new roof looks fantastic and has completely transformed the appearance of my home. What impressed me most was how respectful and hardworking the team was. They kept the work area clean, minimized disruption, and made sure everything was done right the first time. This is what a 10 year old tile roof looks like on an over 6 million dollar home Collis installed. 200k to replace this roof. They inspected the roof and said “it’s not covered under any warranty because the home has foam insulation” . The builder was contacted and replied “this was news to me and I use them currently for the majority of my custom homes”. Beware that if you have foam insulation (which most custom homes do) Collis will tell you to pound salt! Local news will be doing a story on this very house! Stay tuned! They claim on the rebuttal below “the roof was installed properly upon inspection”. Obviously it wouldn’t be in the condition it was after just 10 years! ****Collis claims they didn’t suggest that they won’t warranty a foam insulated home, yet you can clearly see they have highlighted the area on the original work.order they used to get out of any responsibility! It’s in their own writing! This home was meticulously maintained and a 10 year old roof would only look like this if it was installed wrong or with defective materials! There is no other plausible reason!

We have lived in our home over 20 years and cherish it as our family home base, the place our boys grew up, and the place we have made and entertained lifelong friends. Our home is unique in design having a combination of unusually high-pitched roof and flat roof on various portions of the home. As such, we did not take selection of a re-roof company lightly, to say the least. We interviewed and received bids from 4 good, reputable companies. In the end it was a no-brainer when we selected Collis. Their company exhibited deep experience in all areas of our needs and performed better than we expected. Not to mention, Dave Collier, our representative, kept us informed and up to date on progress on a very regular basis throughout the process. During our process, we needed to shift gears on changing out the exterior facade and adding a new cap to our huge fireplace chimney, which Collis was able to fully handle in-house. One stop shopping! And the end result far exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with Collis, Dave, and the final result. We are very comfortable and excited as we enter the next 20 years in our home. I would highly recommend Collis Roofing for your home's needs.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. My HOA hired this roofing company to replace the roofs in our neighborhood. The roofing company didn't properly place the tarp, leaving my porch ruined after I just paid hundreds of dollars to get it pressure washed. They also destroyed the bushes on the side of my house. I went back and forth for months, with the HOA and Collis. First they send out a guy who is supposed to pressure wash my porch but he didn't have the equipment, then they sent out a guy with a bucket and broom! Collis told my HOA they don't cover pressure washing in their warranty! This isn't a warranty issue! They left my house a mess! I had to pay out of pocket again after receiving a letter from the HOA threatening legal action. The bushes that they destroyed in January 2025 are still missing as well! I wouldn’t trust their reviews on here either because some companies offer a discount for a 5 star review. Check them out on Yelp for true reviews AND they are not good. UPDATE after Collis Roofing’s reply: I want to address your statements clearly and directly. I have photographic evidence, which I have already uploaded, showing that the damage to my front porch occurred as a result of the work performed by your company. The same applies to the missing bushes, which were also affected during the project. Your statement saying the property management inspected the areas mentioned and that it was “determined that is was not caused by your roofing work” is not accurate and completely laughable. You must’ve not seen the photos I posted showing what your company did. I have multiple emails between Cathy Watson from Speciality Management proving you’re lying and at fault, which I am now adding to this review. This was not a warranty issue, but a direct result of the work completed on my property. The first email was sent to Cathy on Jan 30th expressing my concerns and you did not send the guy to “mop” my porch until May 15th. I’ve posted all the email communication between myself and our HOA, so everyone can see for themselves that this company is lying In case Collis deletes their original response here is what they said: We take concerns like this seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. This project was contracted by the HOA, and all work was completed within the agreed scope under the oversight of the property manager. After concerns were raised, the property manager inspected the areas mentioned and confirmed the issues were not caused by our roofing work. Even so, Collis Roofing made multiple good-faith efforts to assist, including returning to clean areas outside of our scope to try to resolve the tenant’s concerns. We worked closely with the HOA and property management throughout, and ultimately the property manager determined that no further action was required from our company. Our warranty coverage is clearly defined through the HOA and does not include unrelated maintenance services; however, we still went above and beyond our contractual obligations in an effort to be helpful. We also want to clearly state that Collis Roofing does not offer discounts or incentives in exchange for reviews. All feedback left on our profiles is voluntary and reflects individual customer experiences. We stand by the quality of our work and our reputation, which is built on transparency, professionalism, and accountability. We regret that this individual remains dissatisfied, but we are confident that Collis Roofing acted responsibly and in good faith throughout the entire process.
