After our tile roof was destroyed in Hurricane Ian I knew exactly who to call. Now thanks to everyone at Colonial Roofing we have a new, beautiful metal roof. Throughout the procedure I had impeccable communication with them any time I needed. If I had a question they were quick to answer. Colonial replaced the tile roof on our home in Pelican Preserve in December, 2025. Their price was excellent and we were very pleased with their professional approach from the quoting all the way through to the finish. They work with different teams for the various steps involved in the project and project management was excellent. All their folks are really very pleasant and excellent to work with. I recommend them very highly.
