Comer Roofing

It took 3 attempts for them to get my roof to pass inspection. Then his crew blew all the stone and debris into my pool. It did about 4 thousand dollars in damages. When I asked for a return call I never got one. After I emailed the company I never got a response. So now I will see them in court. Beware of this company.

I NEEDED A COMPLETE NEW FOR MY HOME INSURANCE AND IT MUST BE CERTIFIED BY A QUALIFIED ROOFER ( LICENSED AND INSURED ). THEREFORE, I USED THIS LOCAL COMPANY CALLED " COMER ROOFING "; WOW GREAT JOB TO THE ENTIRE " TEAM " AT COMER ROOFING...THIS MARINE SAYS " OH YEA ! "

We had a wonderful experience with comer roofing. Cleanup was phenomenal and the service was prompt! Our new metal roof is absolutely beautiful ! This company went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Do not and I repeat do not use. I have had problems with my roof over my pool area and can't get them to come out. Comer himself said he would come and never showed up. Also when put the roof up they did not put ventilation in there. I've called many times to add ventilation but they never came or called. Everything in that room is molding and rusting and it also leaks. They fixed the leaks a couple times but it still leak. Comer himself said he would come over set up a day and never came. As far as the ventilation he should have informed us that it was necessary. I am not a roofer and did not know that myself.

Comer Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof repair and I would highly recommend them for any roof work. Dennis Comer brings over 40 years of experience and after receiving several quotes from competitors, it was abundantly clear that his expertise is far beyond his peers. Dennis was able to quickly locate the problem in my dead valley and was able to send a crew over the following day to complete the repair. As others have mentioned, Comer roofing does not sub out their work and has very long standing employees that are highly qualified which shows in the quality of their work. This is likely why they are able to offer a 5 year workmanship warranty. Lori and Mellissa at the office were also extremely helpful in coordinating the estimate, repair, and payment. Pricing seemed fair based on other estimates I received. Comer roofing will definitely be my first call if I ever need roof work again, I can't recommend them enough.
