Conch Construction & Roofing

I own a 120-year old house in Key West. Needless to say, it needs lots of upkeep and good contractors can be hard to find in Key West, mostly because they are in such high demand. Conch Construction has done excellent work for me on several occasions-I am a repeat customer!. They put in a beautiful deck for me just before Hurricane Irma that withstood the storm without a scratch. They have also done a lot of roof work for me, that has easily passed City and insurance inspections. Their work is of consistently high quality, the workmen are professional and polite and they leave the worksite very clean. I highly recommend Conch for general contracting and roofing jobs.

I am a real estate agent and have used Mike and his crew at Conch Construction on two recent jobs and others in the past. Each experience was excellent and the Sellers I was representing were very happy as well. Along with being timely (as we were in a time crunch on both jobs), the proposals were accurate and there were no "hidden fees" at the end of the jobs. I just purchased a home, and although the sellers assured me the roof was in good shape, the first time it rained I had a leak through the roof into my living room. After bad experience with another company (waited 4 days with no action) I called Conch Construction and Roofing. I explained I needed an emergency repair to my roof and they dispatched a repairman to me before I even got off the phone. The guy almost beat me to my house. Although it was still pouring rain, he immediately climbed up, did an inspection, came right back down and explained to me exactly what the problem was. He then climbed right back up and, within an hour of my initial call for help, my roof leak was repaired. Next time, this company will be my first call. This company removed and installed a whole new roof on my two story building on pecon lane. I was so pleased with the roof job and more impressed with the cleanup of my property and surrounding area! Even my gardner remarked how bushes and planter beds were not damaged and not one nail or screw to be found. I recomend this company and will use their services again. Signed the owner.

Mike and his crew fixed a hole in the roof after Irma, they were professional, quick and left behind no mess! They were great to work with. Great people, great company! Highly recommended!
