They did a free roof inspection with pictures and found 6 broken tiles and missing cement around a vent. The workmanship was excellent and at a great price. I will definitely hire them again especially after other roofing companies told us we needed a whole new roof and my roof is only 5 years old. Very trustworthy.
What a great company to deal with. My roof looks fantastic, I never knew it could look new again. They showed up on time, and treated my property like it was their own. What I really loved is that the owner was here along with his crew! Now that’s something you don’t see every day. I highly recommend Conroy Roofing to anyone that wants professionalism and a great looking roof. Well done fellas.
First, I want to say that I never write negative reviews. In this case, I don't feel I have a choice. I'm giving 1 star because they were easy to communicate with (on the front end) and my roof is clean. In our earlier communications (via text), I very specifically asked about damage to plants because we had recently had our landscaping upgraded. I was told that it's not usually a problem, but if it was they'd take care of replacing whatever needed to be replaced. The roof was being cleaned when I came home one day and it smelled of pure bleach, which concerned me. They took care to rinse the plants off, however some of our larger plants (bromeliads and crotons) did not recover. We also noticed that our dark brown gutters around the entire house were now streaked silver where the powder coating had been damaged. I contacted Tom and he indicated that he'd send someone out to look. After multiple follow-ups, someone finally out to look at the house/garden. Another while went by and still nothing. I followed up multiple times and still have not had resolution. This has been going on for months now. So on top of spending $800 to have the roof cleaned, we get to pay a few hundred dollars more to replace plants that shouldn't have needed it, let alone whatever the gutters will cost. So very disappointed.
Easy to work with, excellent workmanship, would highly recommend.
