Guillermo Corsa's Construction Company put a new asphalt shingle roof on our home a few years ago. A brand new roof should last at least 15-20 years, right? Guillermo Corsa even stated on his form and I quote "Remaining useful life THIRTY years". See attached form. All our neighbors had new roofs with other companies during the same time frame. All our homes are roughly the same age. When there were high winds in our area, only our roof lost shingles which were not durable and had premature wearing. In addition we also lost some synthetic felt underlayment. The neighbors were in Awe that our roof had issues and their roofs had absolutely no damage. Guillermo stated he had asphalt shingles and felt, left over from others jols. How old were the shingles and felt when applied? The installation and workmanship was not of good quality. We do not recommend this company due to their lack of quality work and the company will not stand Behind their product or their labor.
Corsa construction did an amazing job with a wall tear down and beam installation in our home. It opened up our living space and looks phenomenal. We worked with Inti and he was great. Thank you!
The Corsa Construction group was very professional in their work. They meet all the deadlines and as an investor this was very important to our clients. They are reasonably priced without skipping on the details and quality. We will continue to work with the Corsa group many more times
