Creative Roofing

My roof was 20 years old and to obtain a new homeowners policy in the near future it was necessary to replace it. A lot of people are in the same boat these days. I can’t be any happier than I am with these roofers. The Creative Roofing folks are very professional and were very careful to clean up all debris and loose nails. The roof looks fantastic and it passed inspection on the first look. I got the architectural shingles to replace the ones I had exactly and it looks amazing. Definitely use Creative Roofing.

Initial Issue: After purchasing my home, I discovered the roof over the converted carport was sagging. It was difficult to get a response initially; I struggled to get anyone on the phone or receive a follow-up after the first inspection, which was quite frustrating given the warranty concerns. Update: I am updating my review because Jesse reached out and worked with me very quickly to resolve this issue. I am now very satisfied with the results and the quality of the work. It’s clear they stand behind their service once the right people are involved. Thank you, Jesse!

I would definitely recommend Creative Roofing! I had a new roof put on and they did the patio roof, too. They offer a military discount, which was nice, and were up front and honest through out the process. Great job from the very beginning and all the way through to the end with the final roof inspection.

Not trying to damage your company with a bad review. Since I don’t know the quality of your work. That’s why the 5 stars. But definitely work on your driving skills, HORRIBLE, almost collided into another car more than twice, who gave you a drivers license? Whomever lady was driving this car should never be allowed to drive again.

After the hurricanes, we experienced some damage. We called Creative Roofing and Juan came to checkout the issues, *was honest* and got the job done quickly. We would 100% recommend Creative Roofing again.
