CW's Quality Roofing has been serving homeowners and businesses in Sarasota, Charlotte, and DeSoto counties since 1992. Based in Port Charlotte and founded by Chris Walling, the company is a locally owned, employee-staffed operation, no subcontractors, with more than 30 years of Florida roofing experience. Services span residential and commercial roofing, flat roofing, metal roofing, shingle roofing, tile roofing, energy-efficient roofing, storm damage repairs, soffit and fascia repair and replacement, and condo and community roofing. The team is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with extended-hours appointments available. CW's Quality Roofing holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1326175, carries workmanship warranties, and works with insurance companies on storm damage claims.

Mark and Joseph did a great job replacing and fixing tiles on my roof that were damaged during Hurricane Milton. Here are a couple before and after pictures on one of the areas that they fixed.
My roof replacement was done by CW's. From their initial response in providing a quote, to listening to my concerns before we started, CW's exceeded all my expectations. My timeline was quick and they didn't overpromise. However, they over delivered. They completed the job in two days, left the grounds clean and provided my with some documentation that was needed.
