Victor was great from the start with helping me get started with financing and getting the permit process started right away as that would take some time. Once the permit was approved, it was smooth sailing from there. They worked fast and effective to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. Getting everything done as promised. I am happy with the result of my new roof and the short amount of time it took. Thank you Victor, and thanks again for saving the fishes when we were signing the paperwork and you noticed that they were not getting any air...

In 8 days Dakoma had the new roof installed! I have been in the Florida Construction Industry for 5 decades. I am not easily impressed by what the market has to offer. Dakoma is an excellent company!

Dakoma Roofing replace my roof back in 2005 and when I needed them again in 2024 it was a no brainer. Then, they did the work in a timely and efficient manner and now their level of serviceremains the same. The workers arrive on time and at the end of each day brief us on the progress and what to expect next day. Not only did they clean up the debris in my yard they went to my neighbors and cleaned up anything that fell on their property. Any concerns were addressed immediately. They also made sure before closing out to have a final overview in case something was missed. I would recommend them every day any day. Did I mention their price was the best

We have a multi-family flat roof - see after picture. We requested quite a few quotes and Dakoma was the most competitive. Overall we are very happy with the experience and the result - we have not had any rain yet so the real test will be after a heavy rain day (!!) but it looks good and well done. The roofers are hard working and completely re-roofed our 2100 sqft + roof in 2 days - working 14 hours one day! The owner Joel and his team are pleasant. We recommend to move /cover everything around your house as the liquid tar 'flies' and can stain patio furnitures (despite the workers doing their best to avoid it). After the roofing work was completed, they came back to apply silicone & touch-up paint to clean up the work - Thanks!
