David Patrick Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Garrett did a thorough inspection and was super helpful in explaining the process and helping select shingle colors. During the job, the entire team was in close communication with me, providing frequent updates and calls along the way. The job was done quickly and the roof looked amazing! Easy and smooth process from the start. They did a great job cleaning up which was important to me. Overall I highly recommend this company.

Awesome job, Very Satisfied. David Patrick roofing was one of four quotes for our reroof project. Dan Joeckel, Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, provided a mid priced quote. I can say the deciding factor out of many was that David Patrick Roofing is a Owens Corning Preferred Installer which allows them to provide a ten year warranty vs others seven year for same product. The job was started on our selected start date. The job was completed the next day. During the job a english speaking job lead was onsite the whole time except for short additional material runs. David R, part company owner, was onsite to inspect the first days work and had the crew return for some final touches that second day. All be told the area was cleared of debris and nails on the property. I was also provided a Wind Mitigation inspection. The inspector found a small difficult to see piece of soffit was missing. I reported the issue to Dan J and David R and within a half hour David arrived and installed a soffit piece. Outstanding! We found everyone we dealt with to be customer focused, knowledgeable and just nice guys to work with. Highly recommend. Bob & Sandy Adams

My roof was replaced in 2022 by Big Tuna roofing, the contractor my insurance company picked due to hail damage. 3 years later it is leaking around the furnace exhaust. Of course Big Tuna is out of business! David Patrick Roofing was hired by my insurance company for the warranty work, inspected the complete roof and repaired the leak including the drywall that was water damaged. They also resealed ALL the roof vent penetrations to assure there will be no future leaks. Very reliable company, showed up on time (which is very rare in Florida), and completed the repair promptly. They supplied a photo report showing the stages of the repair.

Patrick coordinated with the solar company removing older solar systems that the new buyers on this property wished to have removed. The removal project and roof repair/replacement were completed in less than 48 hours, permits included. What a pleasure.
