I live in an apartment in Altamonte Springs that uses D.B.K. for electrical repairs in our complex. The office here recently gave us a fan/light for our living room & scheduled them to come & install it. Roberto quickly diagnosed the problem & rewired the faulty outlet. He was gracious & informative, explaining what the problem was & how he corrected it. He insisted on sweeping the little mess he made on the floor & take the empty box to the garage. Thanks Roberto.

replaced my apartment AC unit while i was away, week later still doesn't work, left a massive chunk of ceiling missing and taped cardboard/air filter onto ceiling. no surprise it fell off within 12 hours. no communication. left entire floor dirty

Funny enough, I’m currently renting a condo, and they were doing work on my downstairs neighbor’s AC last week. Some of the wiring they needed to fix went through my unit.Since I work from home, I was around while they were doing the job, and I have to say, every employee I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They worked seamlessly as a team, and even after the job was done, someone followed up to make sure everything in my unit was left in perfect condition which it was. I really appreciated that extra step. I also spoke with my neighbor afterward, and he said they did a phenomenal job on his AC as well. Based on this experience, I’d definitely reach out to them in the future when I need work done on my own place.

I'm in Sarasota FL, and they came to my apartment to change my whole Air conditioning, the worker who came was Matthew with a new guy and they did a WONDERFUL job with everything, they worked so clean and detailed, they left everything super super clean and everything works so good now, Matthew was so kind and with a great attitude, I can give them a 10/10 on services and attention, thanks! These guys go the extra mile. I've been dealing with contractors my whole life. Little projects, big projects... and I will say hands down these guys are ridiculously good. And they even swept the floor before they left. I thought I was getting punked lol. I would give you 6 stars if I could.
