The service was amazing! They came out at 6 PM to make sure my AC was fixed and didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly. They replaced my old unit with a brand-new one, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely professional and personable throughout the entire process. Alan and John went above and beyond, staying until almost 9 PM to make sure my family had AC before they left. Their dedication and customer service were outstanding. I live in an apartment in Altamonte Springs that uses D.B.K. for electrical repairs in our complex. The office here recently gave us a fan/light for our living room & scheduled them to come & install it. Roberto quickly diagnosed the problem & rewired the faulty outlet. One thing people need to understand is that not every issue can immediately be blamed on the repair or the technician. A tech can only diagnose and repair what is visible or presenting symptoms at the time. Diagnostics can sometimes point in one direction while the real issue turns out to be something completely different later on. replaced my apartment AC unit while i was away, week later still doesn't work, left a massive chunk of ceiling missing and taped cardboard/air filter onto ceiling. no surprise it fell off within 12 hours. no communication. left entire floor dirty
