Completely amazed by the quality of work and service. From the estimate with Leigh P. through completion and follow-up by Leigh: Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. The project took less than 10 days from estimate, permit, and final inspection. The crew did an amazing job replacing old material and respected the property: All trash and debris was taken away. The Palm Bay City Inspector explained to me that DC Roofing exceeded standards. The inspector was so impressed that he mentioned he may get the same work done. Leigh and the front office were outstanding regarding coordination and communication. The metal roof is considerably more expensive than shingle especially if the old roof needs to be removed but I feel it’s worth it. The metal roof provides piece of mind living in a place where there is so much rain storms. Additionally they replaced the sun lights with storm resistant and energy efficient panes that look exponentially better than what I had. This was a recommendation from Leigh and it did not feel like an up sale but more of a genuine concern for quality. I wont need another roof in my lifetime (hopefully) but if I do, I wont ask anyone else other than DC Roofing. If you need a roof, do yourself a favor and contact DC Roofing and ask for Leigh: you will not get better customer service.

DC Roofing did a great job on our re-roof. Everyone from the office staff to the installation crew were friendly, professional and committed to delivering a quality job at a great price. We had some water damage to portions of our facia and roof decking. They documented everything with photos, explained what was required to repair it, and then carefully repaired it all. The crew covered all of our outdoor items and did an incredible job cleaning up. Including our deck, driveway and using a magnetic sweep to catch any nails. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend you give DC (David and Colleen) Roofing a chance to earn your business.
