Highly recommend roofing company. Finally after waiting 40 years, Installed a brand new tile roof. The company was quick to complete the work, always on time and everyone was very professional. The price was average compared with several other companies I had to the house. Melinda at the front office was kind and always available too answer questions. Great job by everyone at DEK. So far I'm very happy with my choice. Thank you.

I love to spread the word when dealing with honest companies. DEK Roofing came to my rescue twice, once with a leak by my fireplace & another leak later by my skylight. Based on experience I had many years ago with a different roof, I know these areas can be tricky. DEK Roofing came out quickly for these recent issues & diagnosed & fixed the problems correctly. Best of all, while I was worrying about the future of my roof, Scott put my mind at ease, saying it still had life left in it. He could have switched into salesman mode & tried to push me toward a new roof, but instead he was honest & reassuring. I would highly recommend this company to others.

We’ve hired DEK Roofing twice and had great service, price and results each time. We got a thorough explanation of our roof options from their very knowledgeable salesman, Paul. He was also very patient when responding to our many questions so we could make an informed decision. The work was completed without delays and easily passed inspection both times from the city. For our roof replacement the inspector even commented on the great quality of the tiles and installation work. Incredibly, they were also the cheapest option from the quotes we collected. Their customer service rep Melinda is also fantastic - accessible, responsive, and courteous. Stellar service and great prices. We’re super pleased and recommend them highly.

This company repaired the roof of our 2 story condo building. 1. They left supplies sitting on the lawn for days before beginning work. 2. Once work began they left a ladder precariously leaning on the 2nd floor railing. Clearly a hazard in a complex with children and teenagers. When it was reported they did not move it they only tied it to the 2nd floor railing and it stayed there for over a week. 3. Once the work was completed they removed the ladder but left a ladder on the roof. I have reported this ladder still there twice to our property manager who said he’d take care it. My last report was 5 days ago. Now we have at the very least tropical storm winds approaching with a ladder still on the roof. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Finally we were able to get our New Roof, and I couldn't have picked a better company to install it. DEK Roofing did an excellent job and we are so happy with the results. Showed up on time, cleaned up all the mess and price was great too. Melinda was our contact person and she is wonderful, no wonder all my neighbors used them too. Thanks you guys.
