Called last week to get a quote, it went good , call today to see if I could come and pick up , told them I had to travel about 20 miles one way , wasn’t told not today , I show up and was told it might be awhile ok a couple of hours I ask and was told maybe or maybe tomorrow, wow , I’m in the customer service business as well and would have said something when I called ahead , I know my 600 bill isn’t a lot , but word of mouth is
