Donald Dean Schmidt obtained his contractor license in 1972 and received his Florida State Certified Roofing license in the 1980s before forming the company. Don Schmidt Roofing holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC042852 and is a Preferred Owens Corning Contractor, a GAF authorized contractor, and a Johns Manville certified installer. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured and is an active member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association, and the Central Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association.

From start to finish the team at Don Schmidt were nothing short of amazing! Between them working with my HOA to find the most cost efficient shingle that the HOA would approve to the amazing job they did on the roof itself, Don Schmidt was 6/5 stars! Adam, Allen, Ann and their field team at Don Schmidt did and excellent job re-roofing our boat house/shed. From start to finish they were both pofessional and personable. Don Schmidt was amazing from start to finish! Adam explained everything we needed to know, Ms Ann took care of all the paperwork and going over any questions with me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and i certainly will be recommending them to anyone we know that has roofing needs.
