Anytime you build a house you expect to have a couple issues. The issues we have had were minor. And I couldn’t be more impressed with how they fixed them. They have been kind, patient, and prompt throughout the whole process. They answered as soon as possible when I have needed them. It has been such a wonderful experience! I would give them more stars if I could!
-A professional negative review from a customer..... Dove built our home. We went under contract prior to the home being built. And closed December 31,2020. The tile job in the master bathroom is awful. Missing grout even after someone came back out. And many tiles are uneven and/or unlevel. We have been in the home for 9 months now and the punch out is still not finished! (I take responsibility for one month for taking that long to send a 3rd revised version of the punch out list after first 2 guys came to work on a few things.) The light in the guest bath shower has never worked. The closet door in the nursery is still broken and the drawers in the kitchen were over tightened and cracked the wood. Silicone in the kitchen and bathrooms had gaps. Paint on concrete porch from overspray and paint on floors. This is just some of the things we are STILL waiting to get fixed! Our baby will be here in 2 weeks or less. I don't want strangers in our home with our newborn. And I've waited to post a review long enough. For 185,000k I expect more. At least some better communication. I'll update this review once there is news of repair or at the least some customer service. .
