Great experience with Dunn Roofing! Answered phone on the weekend and was very personable. Gave a quote in a timely manner and it was the best price in town! He measures accurately for the amount of material needed. Met at my home to go over the job. Went the extra mile to find a special color shingle I wanted and kept in contact with me about materials and timelines. Work done efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Provided wind mitigation to help with insurance costs. Great workmanship and Hurricane Milton tested! New roof installed May 2024. Great comfort to have a good quality roof and didn't lose a shingle!
After over 8 months of looking around and getting countless estimates for my roof replacement, I was so disappointed with all this contractors since none of them offered what I was looking for. About month ago I came across Dunn Roofing website and after reading all the information about roofing services and guarantees that James Dunn personally wrote, I was quite pleased and convinced that they were the right people for the job. James and his crew have done wonderful job and I'm very satisfied with my new roof, and wind mitigation inspection which was included in the price cut my home owners insurance premium in half. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and hard working people.
After getting multiple estimates, I chose Dunn Roofing because they explained everything thoroughly. Their workers cleaned up extremely well. Even the inspector complimented the job performance. I would recommend them highly.
Dunn replaced our roof back in 2017 and did an excellent job where we have had no issues. With yesterday's heavy rains, we had a leak in our livingroom. I called Jim and he promised to come out this morning to see what was going on. He arrived as promised, inspected the roof thoroughly, and discovered two small areas where the roofing had lifted on the edge that was the likely reason for the water intrusion. Even though we were out of the labor warranty period, Jim made the repairs at no charge! I love when contactors do what they say, stand behind their work, and go the extra mile! Thanks, Jim, for being so reliable and helpful!
