E & V Roofing Company

I talked to several roofers and E&V was the only one that would work with my insurance company on my behalf. They made the whole process simple for me, did what they said they would, and built me a great roof with much better shingles than I had to begin with. Paul and Doug are who I dealt with. They were great. I highly recommend them to you.

Terrible roofing contractor.!! Stay away. I must admit, I didn't do my homework when I hired E&V Roofing. I should have researched the company before engaging. The contractor recently installed my roof .The quality of the work was substandard. After I found out about some issues, the company is dragging its feet in fixing the issues .The owner (Refugio who goes by Victor ), will find every single excuse not address the issues. I do not recommend this contractor. Awful.!!

If I could give them a zero I would. a Very Close friend called them out to get a bid to fix part of a roof & fascia that was damage over the past 5yrs plus years because of a piss poor repair her X did. She is a single mother that works 2 jobs so I was tiring to help her get the problem taken care off. They came out looked at it & said their carpenter would come call & come look at it to see what the cost would be before the fixed the roof itself. We stayed at the house the whole weekend & no one called or showed up. If this is any indication of their work, I want nothing to do with them. A courtesy call to tell her either they didn't want the job or they couldn't make the appointment would have been great. BUT no, none was shown or given. We'll both be sure to tell our friends & neighbors what they did & didn't do..

Was solicited by this company to have a new roof installed. First mistake agreed to do the work. Employees negligent actions damaged many items around my home. They broke my fenced shattered into pieces told me to fix it. That it was like that. Broke the stucco in the front of my house also told me it was like that. Put their ladders on my gutters to climb on the roof how crazy can u be they bent and damaged them. Then when it comes down to doing the right thing weeks go by constant contact and they dont follow up. Terrible customer service will notify the bbb going to also file a complaint with the da office. See you guys in court would of been alot cheaper if you just fixed the damage now im mad. I know their hoping that I would of faded quietly into the night nope not this guy. Also Genny breached a professional line and I will make it public knowledge here eventually..hoping they do the right thing but if not Ill will bring to the light of day.

While they did good work at the time, they do not respond to phone calls and there were some leaks at my buisness which really was under warranty, they never responded or answered phone calls. A lot of debri was left on the side which they had promised to clean up, but never did. They damaged the gutters on my home roof and never took care of that. Would not recommend them to anyone!
