I was a residential and commercial roofing project manager working for their competition for several years. I have seen my fair share or roofing work in the tri-county area and speak from experience when i say that Earl W. Johnston roofing did an outstanding job on our home. From the initial sales meeting to now sitting pretty waiting for our dry-in Inspection everything has been flawless. Our property was protected, all debris was cleaned up, magnet swept for loose nails. The roof was installed as per code and manufactures guidelines. Drip metal work flawless, fascia and sheathing repairs done with complete expertise. If this is this crews normal output they deserve recognition. They even talked to the neighbor and the. Went over and cleaned up the very minimal debris that fell in their yard. A+....update. as predicted all inspections passed. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and the GAF golden pledge warranty.

Their excellent end-to-end customer communication and care is a first for me in South Florida. The estimate was prompt and fair. The scheduling was straightforward and they accommodated several date changes on my side with grace. They took care to cover the pool and landscape, then cleaned up afterwards so it didn't look like they were even there. There were lots of unknown, unplanned issues found during the reroof (termites, rotten wood, etc.), and they clearly explained my options and additional costs. They also followed up after the project was completed to confirm my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend.
