Joe, the owner called me back after my initial call. He gave me a written estimate the same day. He was very professional, competitive and patient as I submitted the proposal to my HOA. John, the installer, showed up 2 days earlier than I expected. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly until the job was completed. I highly recommend East Coast Aluminum of Volusia County.

Jesse and Luke are the most expert, detail oriented perfectionist professionals I've ever witnessed doing a home project! They were extremely efficient with time and worked as a team to get my screen installed in no time... left the area like they were never there..not a trace of debris! Can't say enough about these 2 young men and their work ethic🥰

East Coast did an amazing job. The guys did great work clean and no mess. I would use them again for any screen needs. When we needed a couple things done how we wanted, it was done and cage turned out perfect!!! They were fast and efficient and completed the cage in just 2 days!!! If you have any doubts about using them don’t. I’m very picky on how things look and they did an amazing job.

Couldn't be happier with how my extension of patio and screen enclosure turned out. From the concrete guys to the installation guys work was excellently done. They were cheaper than another local company, and even had some other work done that the other company did do, had gutters installed on both sides of the house, also turned out great. Highly recommend this company, from design to finished product, everything was first rate.

My initial contact with East Coast Aluminum began on 01/06/2020 when I left a voice message to receive an estimate on my project. While it took some time (over one week), for a response from this organization, I was able to call back myself and spoke with Karl regarding my project concerns. An estimate appointment was made, and I was given a quote($4450) on what it would take to complete my project. Concerning the work, I will have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of my completed project. While my project extended two days, I feel that the necessary time and attention to detail were provided in the completion of my project. Regarding the wait time for an estimate, communication between salesperson (Karl), and follow up after the completion of my job, I would firmly state that I was not satisfied. Yes, Karl was very professional and friendly, but I feel that it's unprofessional for a potential client to have to call multiple times to request an estimate. Also, I felt at times that Karl was very much overworked and seemed rushed through my process from beginning to end. All things said, it is for these reasons why I give East Coast Aluminum & Screen a three-star rating out of five stars. I would still recommend this organization for your project needs, and I hope that the company truly reflects upon my negative expressions and make the necessary adjustments in their service to future potential clients.
