HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT HIRE! If I could give zero stars, I would. Long story short, this man—Stan—took nearly five years to complete my room addition. He blamed COVID, permits, and other irrelevant things for the delays. Permits are public records—I could see when they were submitted. A LIAR. On top of that, he didn’t follow the EXACT directions for my renovation. He did what he wanted instead and refused to provide a proper contract, even after being asked multiple times. To make matters worse, Stan’s attitude is disgraceful. When I confronted him about all the mistakes he made, he got defensive and took no accountability. Absolutely horrible experience. And after all the stress and frustration, I’m left with a half-assed job. He even put a window IN THE SHOWER—some complete nonsense. Now I have to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Avoid Eastmond Enterprises Inc at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. My family hired Eastmond Enterprises Inc for work on their house, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The service was absolutely terrible—poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of accountability. The owner himself even walked away in the middle of a conversation when my cousin started asking reasonable questions. That alone speaks volumes about how they treat their customers. After everything my family has been through with this company, I wouldn’t trust them for anything. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money—stay far away from Eastmond Enterprises Inc!

Potential customers beware. My wife and I hired Eastmond Enterprises to do a reroof following hurricane Ian and it has been a nightmare. The reroof was actually completed in March or April of 2023. The roof has leaked twice in the same spot since then despite us not having a leak prior to them completing their work. The first leak came with the owner, Stan Eastmond, coming out in person to assess the leak and encouraging his crew to patch the roof with roof tar. The second leak occurred less than a month later and, when questioned about the quality of their patch work, the owner’s demeanor was vastly different. I told the owner that other roofing companies have looked at their “fix” and I spoke with Lee county’s Supervisor Inspector, Gary Murphy, and they all questioned why Eastmond Enterprises weren’t more thorough (ie assessing the attic for leaks/mold, plastering tar everywhere on the roof rather than assessing the wood and metal underneath, assessing my garage ceiling for damage and arranging fixes etc..). The owner responded by accusing me of “looking for trouble” and saying that I “go in the attic too often.” Can you believe that? I do go in the attic before each rain to lay pads down in order to prevent water from puddling on the ceiling. I assess the damage in the attic and on the roof taking pictures- essentially doing the job that we paid Eastmond Enterprises to do. Whenever my wife and I are away at work and see rain clouds, we become anxious because we know that there may be additional leaking, possible mold and even further damage to our ceiling. When I asked the owner if he would feel okay if someone treated his family and their roof like his company has treated ours, he did not respond. I also asked if I should just let the rain water puddle in my attic creating further damage that they would have to fix later and, again, he did not respond. I, honestly, consider the owner’s suggestions to be insane as who would idly sit by and let their roof become saturated with leaky rain water? My wife and two toddlers live in this home and I will do EVERYTHING in my power to ensure that our home is safe and constructed properly. We paid them to fix our roof, not to make asinine accusations and destroy our roof. Bad business for sure!

I have known Stan for many years on a professional level. He is honest and does great work, and always does his best, for a fair price. When I build a house or remodel I would definitely use Stan

From our first contact with Eastmond Enterprises we knew that Stan was a straight shooter. We look forward to doing business with Eastmond Enterprises for a long time to come.
