Easy 5 stars!!! I have hired twice and recommended EMB numerous times to my extensive clientele. They always have been reliable, knowledgeable and extremely affordable. My last roof replacement project was in Brandon, FL (Heather Lakes Area) where they completed the entire project in a short period of time (5 days right after closing). Call them today! You’ll be glad you did!
May I just say that the process of getting a new roof, was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve done in the last year. While my insurance company required very specific procedures, EMB followed their requests even offered to talk to them, which made everything so much easier for me! As far as the actual installation, well the team acted like a team, at the end of the day everything and I mean everything was cleaned up, with ALL workers contributing. I love my new roof, and the product that was used is very good. So finally I just want anyone looking for a new roof to give this company a chance! From the estimate-to permits-to actual installation, and receiving the release of lien (if house is sold proves their is NO lien associated with the new roof) ran like clockwork!
So far so good, Sal listened to my needs & concerns. Sal further has answered all of my questions, especially concerning did they Sub-Contract the Roofing installation Out & did they use sub- contractors, day labor, etc., for the Install. Feeling good regarding his response of No, they use EMB Employees Only. I have decided to move forward with the New Roof Purchase. Sal's Estimate was very reasonable in today's market cost. Looking forward with a good feeling to the next step of installing my New Roof with Sal & EMB. Extremely nice & straight forward gentleman. AKnight/E.Unger
