Very professional. Karl took the time to understand the situation, suggested repairs, gave a written estimate, repaired the roof leaks and then provided a final invoice with a 5 year guarantee. The leaks were located at the junction of my shingled roof and aluminum roof (rhino pans) from my porch and shed. Also, he installed a piece of aluminum to divert some of the water so the edge of the roof water went to the gutter and not just to the ground. I highly recommend him and his company to others.
