Euro Tech Roofing

I had 5 companies come by to give me a quote for shingling my roof. Some were very high, some were lower but it didn’t feel right. Ilir from Euro Tech came, his quote was reasonable but you could tell he knew the business and I decided to go with Euro Tech. This past weekend, Euro Tech came, the crew was amazing. They did a wonderful job, beautifully cleaned up my neighbour’s side from the fallen debris. Professional work and attitude. Sebastian, who led the crew, had the other roofers working like a well oiled machine. It’s a site to see when 4 individuals work like an orchestra. After they left, I remembered that I had wanted a certain type of vent on the roof. In complimenting them about the job today after the long weekend and saying that my only regret was not mentioning to have that vent installed, I was surprised that within 5 minutes, Sebastian called to hear my story. He assured me that he would come by today to install that vent and indeed he did. I wanted to compensate him for his extra effort but he wouldn’t accept. He was just glad I was happy. Sebastian’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made me very happy. It’s hard these days to believe a company truly works to make you 100% satisfied but Euro Tech did and does. I reached out to Euro Tech Roofing Ltd. over the weekend because our garage roof was caving in. Santiago came out for a house call on a snowy Sunday morning and was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. After inspecting the damage, he advised that we did not need a roof replacement. Instead, he identified that the real issue was the garage structure itself and that it needed to be supported or replaced. I was shocked — we had four other companies tell us we needed a brand-new roof and provided quotes over $20,000. Euro Tech Roofing’s honesty and integrity truly set them apart. Santiago even provided a referral for a structural inspection to ensure we got the right help. When we offered to pay for the consultation, he declined. I can’t say enough about Santiago and his company. If you’re looking for roofing services, I highly recommend Euro Tech Roofing Ltd. They are honest, trustworthy, and reliable!

Horrible experience with their company. They have decent prices, but your roof will start falling apart within two years and they will claim it's "regular ware and tear."

They installed a roof and did not replace all the plywood as agreed . It's impossible to know unless you go to attic and compare the old and new . Due to that missed step the 'warping' effect on roof is visible. Roof that should last 20 years is already showing it's defect after 5 years . They do not honor their warranty and don't attend to repairs in an urgent manner. Once they get paid good luck getting them back ! Product choices are limited and basic. Appears to be a family run business so lack of professional and follow up, poorly run email system or non existent. Consumer Beware !!!

These guy's are the best roofing company that we have ever used. They are responsible, and have excellent customer service. They are AAA+++. Their work motto seems to be "do it once and do it right" Very good company. Don't hire anyone else but them. You won't regret it.
