I wouldn't let these guys build a birdhouse! A friend worked for them so I made the mistake of hiring them. BIG MISTAKE! After they finished I had a new roof leak and went to the city to report them and complained to them repeatedly before they sent a guy out that looked it over & said they'd be back to do a "water/leak" test. That was the last time I ever heard from them. No one on the crew spoke English, even a little bit. They neglected to install a ridge vent. They used the wrong size of drip edge. I had to pay another roofer $2,000 to fix the issues they left. My HO Insurance Co. would not pay the total cost bc insurers have lists of contractors that they will accept bids from so that there's NO COST to you once you pay the deductible. I doubt EVERDEAN is on ANY INSURANCE COMPANY'S "approved" list, nor should they be! I wouldn't let them roof my home for FREE!! (Yes, they left a big mess as well).

So my neighbor used this company to do his roof ,what a joke. We told our neighbor our concerns about our home and yard and was reassured by him that he talked to the owner of this company and that this company was going to take extra care and they were putting a tarp down to protect my yard. He told that to me and also to my husband. We told him our concerns, our AC unit is on that side ,and all our windows on that side of our home. We understand that our homes are close and that a few shingles may fall into our yard ,but the day off installation, NO TARP nor was there any care given to my yard. They did pick up the majority of the mess seen, but we picked up 18 long roofing nails, shingles and we are still finding nails. Also, 10 landscaping lights were broken, 2 pots broken/ cracked and yesterday, I pulled out bushes that were killed. I am getting in touch with this company, why should I have to pay for everything that they broken in my yard because of their negligence when installing a neighbors roof. What a complete mess and no effort to be careful with my yard or home.
