Farrell Roofing

The team did a great job with my roof. They were there as scheduled and completed the job in two days. I recommend them. Their quotes are professionally done and competitive. All my estimates were close to the same but I chose them and Im glad I did. Thanks Team Farrell.

We had our roof done by Farrell @ 10 years ago, and this is what we recently found behind our walls -- mold, rot, and a piece of black drip edge sticking 4 inches into the wall from the outside. (The roof they replaced had white drip edge. Farrell installed the black drip edge). Although Steve Farrell came out to look at the issue a month ago and offered to "help out" with the roofing part of the repairs, he has ghosted us ever since despite multiple follow-up attempts. Buyer beware. Response to Farrell's reply below. In my opinion, the reply is not accurate. Farrell would not respond to our calls and emails when we discovered the protruding piece they stuck into our wall 10 years ago, which our contractor told us appeared to allow water intrusion. We then posted reviews which got Farrell's attention, following which Steve Farrell visited and promised to "help take care of" the roof repairs. I then took down the prior negative reviews in a sign of good faith, believing Steve Farrell would be a man of his word. Once the negative reviews were taken down, we were ghosted again. It was only after they ghosted us for a second time (once the original reviews were down) that I posted this review. It is just an issue of whether Steve Farrell is a man of his word. Opinions may differ. Buyer beware.

Hi there. You did some repairs for me several months ago and I've had you out here twice now as I + still have the leaks that caused the damage I hired you to repair. Can you please stop by and see if we can get this resolved once and for all? Update: Owner Steve called me after I left a message and sent a tech out right away. They went over everything with a fine tooth comb and hopefully it’s resolved! Alicia from the office called the next day to check in but it hasn’t rained so I told her I would keep an eye on it.

I called in need of a repair. They were able to get someone out to give me an estimate within a day or two. Dustin was able to come out. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
