I would not recommend going with Ferguson construction! I hired Ferguson construction to fabricate and install a car port including two enclosed lanais with acrylic sliding windows. The quality of workmanship is terrible, several seams leaked in the roof, fits and finishes are crude to say the least. Anchor bolts in the concrete missing or broke off. Galvanized bolts in place of stainless. After several attempts trying to contact Brett, with no answering, I used a friends phone , and he answered immediately! Brett finally came over to view my concerns, per our discussion I thought they were going to repair all items as he wasn’t happy with the work as well. Nothing was ever rectified. After a year and a half of fighting leaks I had to go on the roof and tape the seams where the leaks were in doing so I noticed the last panel only had one screw holding it down.There are still holes in the vertical beam were the wrong door was installed. and the windows in the french doors are junk!
The screened enclosure itself seems well done. However the concrete slab is messy and the irrigation system now has to be completely redone. I was told the sprinklers would just be capped and the concrete would not impact the system, which is NOT what happened.
Hands down the best in central Florida. Multi-generational company with over 100+ years of combined experience in the construction industry.
I've had my pool cage rescreened this past week and the crew was amazing, very attentive, well mannered, willing to review everything afterwards to ensure quality work. Highly recommend! I couldnt ask for a better job and experience.
Horrible customer service. This company does not stand behind their work. I was months away from my metal roof warranty expiring. I got excuse after excuse from Brett. Finally it reached the warranty expiring. Still several months later I haven’t heard from him. DO NOT USE FERGUSON FOR ANYTHING!!!
