We had purchased a new home that had the metal roof installed by First Rate Roofing. About a year and a half later, I called them to ask for a check of a possible leak. Quick response! Called on Friday (late) and had someone at my front door on Monday (early). It was found that the roof was probably not leaking but a vent cap. All good and certainly stood behind their work! Much appreciated.

I used this company for my new roof and gutters. I called them 3 different times about a couple of minor issues. Also, one of the vent covers was dented and I was told it would be replaced. It was not. They never responded back. If you want a good quality roof, and a company that will stand behind their work, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
