In response to Mr. Dennis Carillo of Miller Gardens. I was the hoa president at the time 5 star did all of our 3 roofs at Miller Gardens. I cannot say enough about this company as a corporation and their professionalism. Doing three roofs in a complex of 260 units is no easy task and it's almost impossible to please everyone all the time. On a project of this magnitude there is always going to be situations where some people can be affected. The Working hours for these projects were 9am to 4pm. Everything was being done to minimize the inconvenience to the tenant's but at the end of the day the work has to be done. I give no credibility Mr carrillos review and this person was also problematic to the association. By the way Mr. Carrillo was the only person to issue a bad review and one with no basis other than to offend. Consider the source.

Terrible customer service, terrible communication. The men who came to remove the old roof left garbage everywhere. We had to call the company repeatedly regarding the mess, didn't clean up after themselves, didn't clean up after removing the old tiles. Just a terrible experience throughout.

Been dealing with them for years. Very reliable.

They began working on my neighbors roof two days ago after the installers said they couldn’t control the shingles that fell on my house I had to contact the company directly just to have my front yard cleaned “partially” while the workers continue to walk across my yard grass flowers etc, my front yard is a mess and only received disrespect from workers when telling them to stay off my yard.
