The team at FLA Roofing was outstanding to work with from beginning to end. Luke was the primary customer advocate and sales person, he took an active role in working with my insurance company and ensuring that my needs were aligned. Selecting the right roof tile was easy and the installation went exactly as planned. After completion we did a walk through and found a few areas for improvement and they addressed those issues immediately. The owner, Stuart personally came by to do a final walk through. I was completely satisfied with my experience overall and have recommended them to several friends and family who have had the same experience.

When it came time to replace the roof on my home, I sought bids and interviewed a variety of local roofers. I chose FLA Roofing & Restoration, led by Stewart Ponder. I’m glad that I did as I am now a big fan. The range of bids that I received was quite wide. The quote from FLA was among the lowest. A few firms even itemized an incremental $2-5K for the manufacturing and workmanship warranty that was included in their quote. There were zero hidden or unexpected fees when all was said and done. It was my discussion with Stewart that made the final difference in my selection process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible to my needs, and answered all of my questions without talking down to me. The roof replacement process itself was exactly as described as construction was completed within 2 days. This included a very thorough and effective clean up of my yard. The roof looks great! The true test of any vendor is what happens when something goes sideways. When Stewart saw that there was some minor damage to my pool pump, he immediately took accountability and offered to cover the repair expense. And that’s exactly what he did. As a matter of fact, Stewart delayed his request for final roof payment until both this pump repair and a final city inspection were complete. I’ll note that Stewart also scheduled - at his expense - a wind mitigation inspection. This was very helpful as it accelerated and simplified my homeowner insurance renewal process.
