SUBCONTRACTOR BEWARE I was contracted on 10/17/19 to do work for this company. They accepted my proposal with all the terms. One of the terms was a mobilization payment of 35% of the contracted price. This company allowed me to order the materials for this job (Heritage Commons) and also get the permit. When it came time for the down payment to start the job they claimed that they didn't have it but still expected me to start. Several red flags with this company so I decided to pass on it without the initial 35% down which didn't even cover material costs. All I asked of them was to cover the permit fees that we were not able to recover and they will not. Just a warning to other trades who are considering doing business with them. John Enslow is a nice guy and the company was very professional but they do not seem to care about wasting your time.
