Me and my fiancé had an excellent experience working with this team from start to finish. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier because of their communication, flexibility, and professionalism. The process took longer than expected due to insurance delays, and there were even moments where the insurance company did not release the correct amount of funds for the deposit. Through all of that, the team was incredibly patient and worked with us every step of the way. Communication was truly on point and we were always kept informed and never left wondering what was happening next. Lizi Javakhishvili was absolutely amazing and she was always in communication and kept us informed every step of the way. Kristel Penalba was also wonderful to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The crew that came to our home was amazing. Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names, but they deserve recognition. They carefully removed the carpet, helped pack up our personal belongings, and later put everything back with care. That level of respect for someone’s home means a lot, especially during a long and stressful restoration process. Despite the length of the project and the insurance hurdles, the overall experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because that was not our experience at all. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I had a great experience with Florida Construction Services with the removal and installation of new flooring. My wife was 7-8 months pregnant when the process was getting started and we were worried the job would not be completed in time. Rick, who managed the process, was a class act and made sure that things were done correctly and on time. The entire FCS team was very responsive to any questions we had. We live in a condominium building which requires permitting as well as approvals from the building, which FCS assisted with all along the way. Our new floors look great and we would highly recommend Florida Construction Services.

I would like to thank Kristel Penalba and her entire "FCS" Staff for the excellent work performed at my home . FCS performed major reconstruction in my kitchen and bedroom bathroom and throughout the entire process I was very impressed with the timely follow ups with Staff Members via phone call, text message and or e-mail.
