I’ve had the opportunity to work with Palm Builders on several large additions and remodels, and I can honestly say Tim and TJ are among the most friendly and professional contractors I’ve met. They run a great operation and truly care about their work. If you’re in the Treasure Island area and need a reliable builder, these are definitely the guys to call.

We had a great experience with Tim and Palm Builders. After our bottom level flooded from Helene and another contractor struggled to get us through permitting, I hired Palm Builders to complete our inside rebuild and to also build on an outdoor Lanai. Tim was exceptional in terms of scoping, contracting, and timely execution of the work with a high degree of quality. Any concerns I raised with workmanship were quickly and fully addressed. Furthermore, Tim's son TJ is great to work with as well. If I even hinted at a quality concern, TJ jumped right on it and addressed right away. Highly recommended !!!

I would highly recommend Palm Builders. I added family and laundry room and Tim made sure everything was being done. If I had any concerns I could call him at any time and he would deal with it immediately. I would highly recommend Palm Builders Gulfcoast.
