I recently had the pleasure of working with Florida Home Contracting to replace my roof after a previous roofing company I hired went out of business. From the moment I contacted them, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough in every aspect of their work. They quickly assessed the situation, provided a fair and transparent quote, and got to work almost immediately. The other company I had strung me along for months, they came in and had my roof permitted and installed within a few weeks. this truly shocked me. Most companies flat out refused to come out and even look at my roof after the storm to assess any damage(roof was 3 months old at time of ian). When they came out I had already been up there and knew what was needed (35+ years of construction experience but needed a licensed roofer for insurance purposes) they were honest with their findings and repaired what needed to be repaired at a fair price. The repairs were done efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Florida Home contracting for their honesty, fairness, reliability and quality to anyone. And I am very particular who I recommend.

Ed and Keith with Florida Home Contracting were absolute lifesavers! They came in to help after a bad experience with a prior roofing company and saved us. Florida Home Contracting are my Knights in Shining Armor. My roof was severely damaged by hurricane Ian. Unfortunately I contacted with another contractor in October 2022 who then strung me along for 21 months, took money and to my horror I discovered their license had been revoked. I was frantic when I first reached out to Florida Home Contracting. I can not praise Ed Suarez and Keith Dougherty enough, they are great, personable and make sure that the job gets done. The project was completed in 3 weeks, they are the most professional company that I have ever used. I have other projects planned with them.
