Robert Taylor did an excellent job. He took care of the business and contract part of the roofing job. He checked on the progress often and answered all my questions. Celestina emailed all the documents and paperwork in a timely manner and was very helpful and courteous on the phone. The roofers worked hard and steady on the task, and i had a beautiful new roof in just three days! I highly recommend Fortress Roofing.

I have entrusted Fortress Roofing with three projects. First Ian, then flashing a new vent pipe, and finally Milton. A total of three new roofs installed with complete professionalism. The great staff at their office is always quick to reply and get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Thanks to Celeste, Robert, and the whole team. City inspections have always passed with flying colors.

Fortress just replaced the roof on my garage apartment, quickly and efficiently. The crew was friendly and polite, and Karl made sure everything was cleaned up and the permit was taken care of and closed out properly. They replaced the roof on my 1924 steep roofed home last year, and added hurricane straps, which was a big project, and even after 100 mph winds from hurricane Milton, the roof withstood the wind and came out looking great! I had a horrible experience with this company. I told them multiple times to be careful around our plants, and they did not care. Over $750 in plants were completely ruined, and that does not include plants that were also damaged. There were times when we communicated with the crew to stop throwing debris on plants, and then seconds later they were dumping loads of the debris off of the roof, onto those same plants. Shingles, pieces of wood, nails, and various debris were left scattered throughout our yard. They backed a dump trailer up into our garden bed, running over a Plumeria and Bougainvillea. The superintendent said he would make it right with us, however I have called three times (weeks apart) and have been ignored every time. I have texted the owner multiple times, only to be ignored. They must be ignoring me in hopes that I give up, that way they do not have to shell out any money. All I am asking is that I be reimbursed for the plants that were completely ruined. I have given them over a month to do so, but at this point I have lost my patience.

Fortress did a great job installing our new roof. Project was delivered on time and on budget. Robert, Carl, Celestina and Mike were super nice to work with. Thank you Fortress!
