Galloway Roofing recently replaced our tile roof with a metal system, and the results exceeded every expectation. The new roof looks stunning-modern, clean, and incredibly well‑crafted. It has completely elevated the appearance of our home, and the added strength gives us far greater peace of mind heading into hurricane season. My wife is absolutely in love with it. From start to finish, the entire Galloway team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. Zach, our salesman, was knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer questions. He explained the process clearly and made sure we understood every step. Jesus and Alvaro kept us consistently informed throughout the installation, providing updates and ensuring everything was progressing smoothly. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent. However, the true standout was our project manager, Lazzor. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was exceptional. We had our roof replaced by this company, and while the roof itself looks good, the overall experience was mixed. They were aware that we had an open attic space in our garage, yet no precautions were taken to protect our belongings. As a result, roofing debris and materials fell directly into our garage and laundry area. We ended up handling the cleanup ourselves, which was disappointing given the situation. Cleanup overall could have been much better. Debris was left behind, and we even found a piece of plastic left on the roof after completion, which raises concerns about attention to detail. We were also told it would cost $9,000 to replace a beam, but after getting additional estimates, we found that quote was significantly higher than others. This raised concerns about transparency. Additionally, the job is still not fully complete, as we are currently without a gutter, which is now causing further issues. The roof itself looks good, but better communication, preparation, and follow-through would have made a big difference.
