Don't hesitate to use Graboski Roofing! This is a truly top notch, professional roofing contractor. My home doesn't have direct access but every step of the job was done efficiently, effectively and CLEAN. No "peel and stick" underlayment, they Hot Mop and that alone is a huge upgrade that most companies don't even offer. They weren't much different in cost than a few others so please do yourself a favor a at least get a quote. They finished the tile yesterday and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job. I had a solar attic fan installed and a gooseneck vent replaced last December. The gooseneck was installed perfectly. The team sealed some cracked tiles I didnt know I had. The hole they made for the attic fan was a bit smaller than expected. It wasnt a big deal. I addressed my concerns and Kyle and team came back out ,made a bigger hole without any issues and without additional charge. This to me matters more than doing the job perfectly the first time. We all make mistakes but we dont always admit and fix our mistakes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an attic fan. Last year in April my attic got up to 104 degrees with 86F outside. This year only 93F with 86F outside.

I purchased a home that required an extensive renovation. My son works with top caliber custom home builder and is very familiar with South Florida construction trades. Without hesitation, he recommended Graboski Roofing. The representative visited my home, clearly explained their installation process, gave a realistic timeline, and a competitive bid. I engaged the company and the experience went better than expected. At completion, there was a detail that required attention and Jillian handled it pleasantly and in a timely manner. Having been born into a General Construction Family and at age 81, it has been my privilege to have Grabosky Roofing replace the roof on my home. I have not seen workmanship like that in many, many years. The project was run in a safe, clean, efficient and professional manner truly “Outstanding” The total cost of the project was right in line with the market, not the cheapest ……not the most expensive ,and proved to be more than fair and equitable, given the quality of the work performed.
