Guyson Construction is 100% the best construction company around. This house was a HUGE flip! Where a lot of people may not have seen the potential, they were able to see all of the potential in this property with us and bring it back to life. A huge thank you to Guyson Construction for the amazing job they did. They also pushed hard to get us into our home before having our first baby and thanks to their tireless work, we were able to get in and get settled right before having him! In doing this, they never sacrificed quality for speed. The house turned out amazing and we couldn’t be happier!

We met Guyson approximately 10 years ago secretly before we officially introduced ourselves! We also have a New Construction and Real Estate background in Georgia and watched his hard work and dedication building beautiful homes in PCB. We knew quickly we wanted to do business with his team. Guyson built 2 homes plus our personal beach home! He’s our go to source for everything construction! WE ARE SATISFIED customers for life! He’s honest, fair and trustworthy. We have worked with Doyle and Heather Guy on many projects over the last 15 years +. Guyson Construction has built over 15 single family homes for us and also our “forever “ home! The entire team at Guyson is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have referred many family and friends to Guyson and everyone’s experience has been exceptional. Doyle and his crew took care of us after Hurricane Michael and replaced our roof which allowed us to further repairs on the interior. Fast forward four years and I received a call from Steve Rafael at Guyson following the major hail storm we received in spring of '23. They were following up on roofs that they had replaced over the years in the path of the storm. Sure enough, we had concerning damage that warranted a replacement. Steve prepared a detailed cost write-up to help convince the insurance company that more funds were needed (almost double what they originally offered up). One of the factors that increased our roof cost was the fact that I had solar panels installed on the house. The original solar panel installers were literally no help with removing and re-installing, with up to 6 months delay and exorbitant cost to do so. However, Guyson's crew would be able to handle all of this work. I had also looked into solar batteries for backup power because, being tied to the grid, I could not use my solar energy during power outages. Guyson's electrical resource, Brad Newsome, evaluated my situation and found that my service panel had been recalled and would need replacement before upgrading. He was also an excellent resource for solar system installs. Needless to say, my simple roof replacement became a multi-faceted project. Steve performed the project management for this job and coordinated efforts, materials, and resources while keeping me well informed. Guyson also worked with me while I took out a permit to build a lean-to on my shop to accommodate moving the majority of solar panels to this structure which was also going to house the solar battery and associated equipment (transfer switch and controls). In the background, Guyson worked with Aric Bowen at Sundew Solar to draw up configuration plans for the solar updates and submitted all the necessary permitting with the city. After all was said and done, I had a new (metal) roof on my house and detached buildings, a new increased capacity service panel, and a solar backup system that met our household needs. Yes, the cost exceeded what insurance covered, but Doyle and his team helped me to keep costs in control for the added capabilities I desired. Steve and Russell managed the various teams that worked on the job and kept me informed every step of the way. I was again very pleased with Guyson's work, and through his expanded organization, I was able to make other updates to my household to meet our needs using his company and network alone. I would recommend Guyson Construction because they are a great company, cover multiple capabilities, do quality work, and clean up the site before they leave.

Guyson built my duplex at good cost and was quick. Doyle knows what he’s doing and you will get a quality job. And Heather and Chelsey and Kasey at the office are also great to work with.
