Top rating for the outstanding roof replacement on our home by Jim Halas and his team! The workers were expert and professional and took great care from removal of the old roof and clean up to replacement of the shingles. The team was large enough to do the job quickly. From start to finish, it was a great experience. In addition to the roof, our chimney was re-sealed and two skylight windows replaced with hurricane-level glass protection. You definitely want to call Jim at Halco for your next home construction project!
Jim & company were referred to me by a good friend. From meeting Jim to the end of the project Jim was professional, direct and followed through on everything he promised. He even went above and beyond to finish my roof in great time considering there were MANY sheets of rotted wood that they had to contend with. All were replaced and the roof looks great!. Pricing was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Jim Halas and his company Halco to anyone needing roofing or other construction projects done.
