I work with contractors all day and Gary and his guys made the re-roof process easy. Gary kept his word/schedule for all phases of the work and his guys were hard working and professional. Had such a great experience we had him install new roof for our Mom as well! Would highly recommend.

I had two spots repaired on my roof in June (3 months ago) by this company. At that time, I thought I was dealing with the reputable, licensed, insured company. During the hurricane I was very lucky. I had little to no damage to my home or roof except for a leak in the smaller of the two spots that were repaired by this company. I called and reported the leak which was in the exact spot that they repaired (The leak was not 1 inch up, down, or to the side of the original leak ) and asked them to come and look at it and repair it properly. The manager said that because we had a hurricane they are not going to cover the work. He also said that he looked at his "documents" and according to his "documents" it was done properly. But he refused to come to my home and look at the actual roof leak. Then he also said, that feels that he is not responsible to fix the area that was not fixed properly because of the age of my roof. This idea is insanity or stupidity. If the age of my roof was the problem the whole rest of my roof would have leaked and I had no other leaks. Not to mention, that when I agreed to have them repair my roof I understood that they were a licensed company that guaranteed their work. There was no small print stating that they do not guarantee "their work" because of the age of the rest of the roof. Bottom line: This company did not do the job right in the first place and does not stand by their work. They will use any reason no matter how crazy it sounds to justify not standing by their guarantee .

During the recent rain storms in South Florida my bathroom started flooding 2 days before my family and I were headed for a vacation. Several companies came out and couldn't figure out where the leak was even coming from. I couldn't find a roofer to so much come out and tarp the roof to help stop the water from coming in. Shane and the crew at Hi-Tech Roofing were the only roofers willing to come out and actually find the problem and fix it! Shane genuininly cared for the terrible situation we were in and showed up bright and early so we could still make our flight. We were at the point of cancelling our trip and thanks to Shane we left with peace of mind that our home was safe and dry. We received pictures and updates so we knew what the problem was and how it was addressed. I cannot thank Shane and the crew enough for coming to our aid. I have already referred Hi-Tech Roofing to others in similar situations in our neighborhood and will continue to spread the word! Thank you!

Did a great job on the roof to my restaurant! It was completed by the time they said it would be and it looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.
