He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection & estimate, clearly explaining all my options. We chose a new roof & found the price more than competitive. Very fair. The roof crew were friendly and incredibly hard working. They protected & thoroughly cleaned the yard & driveway when done. Very thorough & professional. I came to know Steve Buis through a referral from a co-worker. And for that, I have been extremely thankful. Through Steve, High Tower Roofing's quality and reputation has been showcased. Furthermore, we as customers - consumers and clients understand how relationship is so very much important when it comes to doing business. It can make or break any transaction or deal. Ben was great to work with. He responded within an hour when I requested a quote. He was out within a few days and completed my quote onsite. My roof was completely replaced a few weeks later. The onsite supervisor communicated everything that was going on with my roof. When they were done they did an excellent job cleaning up. I was very pleased from beginning to end with the process.
