We can't say enough about this company! From the moment we met Tony at the Cleveland Home & Garden Show, we knew we wanted Hinckley Roofing to install our roof! He was very nice and knowledgeable, and explained the entire process to us. Tony stayed in communication with us every step of the way to let us know what would be happening and when. We were provided with a book about the company and the materials they use, colors available, and addresses where we could go to see the different colors. This was VERY helpful to us and we picked a beautiful mixed pattern. Clean-up was INCREDIBLE! There was only one nail found and it was underneath where the dumpster sat. There was no way they would have seen it under there. Because of that, I want to say there were no nails left behind. Shortly after the roofers left, someone else came and picked up the dumpster. I would say within the hour. We also were extremely impressed that we didn't pay a cent until the job was done. It took only 1 day and we received an invoice via email. Tony picked up the check from us at our convenience. We've had compliments from our neighbors and we are SO happy! As I turned onto our street after work that day, I said out loud, "WOW! that looks nice!!" It looked just as pretty after it rained. We cannot say enough about this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new roof!

From the day we met with Dawson Huffaker, Sales Representative, we were assured the removal of existing roof, debris, new roof and all it entails as well as the old and new skylights will be done to our expectations. It certainly was! We were very impressed by everyone's work ethics. The entire crew worked very hard with immense precision during coverage of windows, bushes/flowers, removal of old roof, hauling debris, and installation of everything. It was impressive to watch! Also, team members made themselves available to answer any and all questions and concerns we had with gladness and smiles, as did Dawson. There are so many great things about Hinckley Roofing. Their communication was excellent! Tony helped and guided me through the whole process and frequently updated me. Tony kept the process stress-free. Hinckley roofing was fair and always up-front. We had our roof replaced, new skylights installed, and new gutters. The finished product looks amazing! The whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient. The quality of their work was excellent. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after the installation.

We called Hinckley Roofing to assist with some roof issues related to the flashing needing to be repaired and added a skylight replacement into the same job. The come to quote us within a day and work was carried out in less than two days. (had to wait fo the weather to be favourable). Had our first few rains the no leaks. ;) From communication, quotem, job and follow-up Hinckley Roofing has been above a 5 star rating.

Highly recommend Hinckley Roofing! From the estimator Travis to getting a call from the owner Nick to get me fit in so I could close on my house in 4 days was incredible service! The compassion in such a stressful situation for me put me at ease. Crew was quick and clean!
