David built my home in Downtown Sanford, 9th and Palmetto. It has been six years and we are still thrilled with it. He has also built homes for two of my friends and they are very happy.

Never thought it would’ve been possible to add a addition on for my mother. 850 square feet. I think David spent more time at my house overseeing the project than I spent at my own house. 28 inspections and we passed every one of them. Highly recommend with confidence .
