We had hurricane resistant windows installed by Hometown Contractors today. Charlie and Vernon came out this morning and quickly went to work. They were friendly, courteous, and conscientious throughout the install. They completed the job in a very neat and professional manner. We later noticed a small chip in one of the new frames. Mike, the project supervisor, came the same day, acknowledged the chip, and ordered a new frame to be installed. We couldn't ask for better service from this company and I highly recommend them!
Rick was very informative and detailed in the information provided on the windows. Very fair and straightforward on installation and pricing. The windows were perfect and the two installers, Vern and Charlie were fantastic. The first window install went so well that we added two more projects and our favorite was the conversion of three standard windows to two picture windows. Wes and Mike were an absolute pleasure to work with on the orders, install and final inspection. Highly recommend!
Ryan is awesome. He explained the cost saving of the low e glass in the impact resistant window. After the the install our electric bill drop 100. Dollars. We have called Ryan back for Florida room window replacement. Love the company good quality and good pricing... Installation complete Charlie and Vernon were great, showed up on time completed the window install in a efficient manner with professionalism a great attitude these two craftsman have skills. Another great job completed by Hometown contractors. Hometown contractors might not be the cheapest but you definitely get more that what you pay for with Hometown. The extra cost for better product and great installers is worth it 😀
Great experience all the way through! Rickey came out and talked us through all the options available for new windows. They were ordered and the production team kept us posted, scheduled our install. Vernon and Charlie came and did the install in the time they told us and were great! No issues and we love our new windows!
Start to finish, HTC has been a very easy process. Scott and Chris made the shower remodel look easy, when I know it isn’t. In and out in 2 days, no mess left behind and a beautiful new shower installed to match the rest of our bathroom remodel. Highly recommend HTC!
