Truly disappointed in the level of service Sovereign & Jacobs exhibits. From the lack of professionalism to the incredibly poor communication, they need to rethink their business structure and employees in each position. Our new construction community is in shambles as they fail to address any issues after said issues are reported by residents to the HOA board and directly to the management company. Missing shutters, receiving mail addressed to their other communities, an online portal that does not work and they do not care to fix, broken/exposed irrigation, sinkholes, and a lack of site visits show that they truly do not care about the appearance or upkeep of the neighborhood or its residents. And beware, their late fees are disguised as "administration fees" so they can say they are not waivable. I do not recommend this company.
