We recently had our roof replaced by the team at Isaac's Roofing and I must say it was the most seamless and stress free experience that I could ask for. Everyone at Isaac's roofing displayed the utmost professionalism from start to finish. Stan was great in making us feel at ease throughout the entire process. He was continually in communication every step of the way. Every encounter with Hanna at the office made me feel like I was dealing with family. She continually displayed warmth and sincerity and was prompt in getting us the paperwork/permits we needed to have the job completed in time. Woke up to a wet kitchen floor. 😩 Looked up. The water was leaking in from the ceiling. Immediately contacted Isaac at 7:30am. 🚨 He responded before 10am. Was at my home by 2:00 pm, THE. SAME. DAY. He completed a thorough inspection and anticipated what was needed. The full roof replacement was complete a few days later. They cleaned up, left no debris or mess for me to come home to. Thankfully, 🙏🏼 I don't need to compare and contrast with other roof contractors. I trust Isaac and his crew implicitly. I've worked with Isaac indirectly on commercial projects as well. His integrity is beyond reproach. The business office sent me the necessary documents and answered all my questions with courtesy and professionalism (Abigail & Marlys-rock. stars). In today's day and age it is so rare to find a company that values quality, communication and professionalism, and that takes EXTRA time to make sure the customer is well informed about options, cost and process. We had been dragging our feet to get our roof replaced because it's such a huge investment and we just were not finding a company that we felt comfortable with. We heard fantastic things about Isaac's from a friend, so gave them a call. Stan was amazing from day one. The whole process was streamlined and stress free. When they start a roof they focus on that roof till it is done. The crew was great- cleaned up my patio and around the house each day cleaner than when they started the work! These are nice people who really care about giving you a quality product. Other roof replacements in our neighborhood sit unfinished for weeks- ours was done in 4 days!!!
