Island Dream Homes

Between Oct 25 and Jan 26 I had Island Dream homes remodel two bathrooms and replace the counters and backsplash in the kitchen. I'm very pleased with the results. I worked exclusively with Mickie who was on site several times a week and almost daily via phone. The people doing the work were professional and friendly and would easily accommodate the small changes that inevitably come up during a project like this. In the beginning we agreed to a budget and it was met and settled at the end with weekly draws throughout. The only thing I could say that would be less than positive is the work did slow a bit towards the end but the reasons were explained.

I started this project with the intention of renovating two bathrooms and a kitchen. I came across Island Dreams Homes through word of mouth around town. Once I scheduled a consultation with the owner, Bret Jones, I immediately knew I’d found the right contractor to consult and complete my project. We started with the kitchen and bathrooms, and eventually I extended the renovation to include the whole interior of the home. Bret Jones and his crew were prompt, professional, and executed and completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget. I was shocked! The kitchen renovation is picture perfect and highly functional in terms of design and quality. This quality of work extended to the rest of the renovation. We are very pleased and grateful customers. We are also repeat customers! Over the course of about 4 or five years Island Dreams replaced all the flooring in our condo. They completed one area about five years ago that was damaged by a water leak. They were responsive and competitive in price. When we decided to have the rest of the flooring replaced we did not shop around but called Micki at Island Dreams. Our experience the second time was even better!

Bret, Tony and the team did a terrific job on our outside home repairs! We're very happy with the work and attention to delay they performed. I would hire them again for any other project for sure.
