JAL Roofing is a professional and responsive roofing company. “Little “ Jose and his crew repaired a roof leak for me on short notice before I needed to leave on a trip. When I returned Jose showed me the ridge caps on my tile roof were not secured in 3 areas. He did a good job fixing them and matching the mortar color. I’ve hired him twice this year and wouldn’t hesitate to have him do any other work I needed done.

Jose and his crew are the best at what they do. We needed an exhaust vent and they responded within 24 hours. The work was very neat, they cleaned up after themselves, and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend Jose for all your roofing needs. He came referred from one of his previous clients who has has done a ton of work for. He's very responsive and actually answers the phone!

I have observed this company for the last several years in my neighborhood replacing tile roofs as needed. They always get chosen as the vendor of choice because they are THAT good. When our insurance company said most of our neighborhood needed roof replacements, we knew the right team to call. Jose and team are phenomes. Tianna, who is answers the calls and organizes all activity is on top of every detail. Her communications skills are like no other. Now I personally have had the need for a full roof replacement. I have never witnessed a more conscientious group of people who work like a well oiled machine. I live in FL and am replacing all of my windows and doors with hurricane impact resistant materials to comply with the FL Miami Dade building codes. I called JAL Roofing in Melbourne FL to replace my skylights and they sent Jose out the same day that I called! Jose examined my skylights and was honest and told me that the skylights were already made of hurricane impact resistant glass and texted me pictures of the labels on each skylight showing proof and the rating. Jose offered to speak with the Wind Mitigation inspector if he has any questions! Their service was excellent and it was so refreshing to deal with a helpful and honest company and employee. I had also called another roofing company who gave me a ballpark price that was much higher than the JAL Roofing price as Jose told me how much I was saving by not needing to replace my skylights! I highly recommend JAL Roofing for all of your roofing and skylight replacement needs. They were one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! Thank you Jose and JAL Roofing!
